Essay

The theoretical, methodological and practical issues of ensuring conditions of oil enterprises modernization were investigated in the dissertation. Definitions of "enterprise modernization", "enterprise modernization potential" were improved. The organizational-economic conditions for the modernization were studied. The methodical approach to the evaluation of enterprise modernization potential, which is based on the determination of enterprise modernization potential components, was offered. The diagnostics of technical and technological state of the enterprise was improved.
