The dissertation includes a new approaches to solving the important scientific issues - improving the diagnosis and treatment of stenotic ligamentits of hand fingers (SLHF). Evaluation of long-term results of treatment of patients of all groups was carried out on the basis of clinical, instrumental methods, as well as by the method of DASH. Overall, an analysis of the results of treatment in 207 (100%) patients with stenotic ligamentitеs of hand fingers, one was 159 (76,4%) patients of the main group and 48 - the control group (23,6%). When using the surgical treatment of patients in both groups received only excellent (84%) and good (16%) results of treatment. The data statistical processing, revealed that the rate of the average time from the onset to the recovery in the main group was 274,7±25,1 days in control - 281,7±10,8 days. The average time from onset to recovery in children of the main group was 248,2±64,6 days in the control - 370,0±73,3 days, which is 33% lower (p <0,05). Particularly interesting results were obtained when analyzing the duration of the disease, depending on the stage of the this process. Thus, according to the assessment of Volkova, the results of treatment in the third stage of SLHF significantly (p<0.05-0.001) differs from the second in the control, and the main groups. Furthermore, these data indicate failure of conservative in the third step of the process. It should be emphasized that the effectiveness of surgical treatment of SLHF remain high in the second and in the third stage, the lack of reliable interstage differences effectiveness of treatment (p> 0,05). Application of our proposed comprehensive modern methods of treatment of stenotic ligamentita fingers, which includes surgery followed PhisioFunctional treatment has a significant advantage over conventional techniques. Thanks to her, was able to significantly improve the treatment results of the main group and reduce the duration of treatment, to improve the social and labor adaptation of patients after treatment.
