Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving the current target to reduce levels of vibration and acoustic loads in work areas on ships. Based on the analysis vessel’s noise and vibration it has been determined that masts make vibration noise situation on the ship's deck. Considerable noise is also observed in the engine room at the time of operation of the vessel. The noise in the engine room extends to the adjacent room, where the crew members, which is the cause of many diseases of the human body. To reduce vibration masts may decrease in the amplitude of oscillation. Reducing the amplitude of masts reached replacement masts, made of various materials that have the least vibration amplitude. The paper evaluated the amplitude for masts made of steel, fiberglass and wood. It is shown that the amplitude poles made of steel significantly smaller amplitude poles made of fiberglass and wood - pine under equal conditions forced oscillations. Acquired a further development of the mathematical model of vibration (mast). The formula for calculating the amplitude of forced transverse vibrations of the mast, the use of which helps to determine the intensity of the sound field of vibrating mast on the deck of the ship. In this paper, an improved method for active control of vibration and acoustic characteristics of the mechanical structures using the automatic control system, the method of use of cofferdams (cofferdam - a narrow-tight compartment that isolates living spaces from the tanks for liquid fuel), as a means of ship insulation.
