Dissertation is dedicated to the life quality improvement of the patients following the fulfillment of right hemicolectomy by means of elaboration and introduction of the new technical peculiarities of the formation of longitudinal terminal-lateral invaginated ileotransverse anastomosis. A new method of antireflux ileotransverse anastomosis formation and correction mode of the motor-evacuation function of the large intestine has been elaborated and introduced.
