Tereshchuk O. Clinical diagnostics, orthopedic treatment of occlusal disorders that have arisen or been provoked as a result of carried out orthopedic treatment.

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of diagnostics and treatment process optimization in patients with occlusal disorders that result from improper dental treatment that directly affect the process of dental care provision improvement, including dentures manufacturing process. The proposed patients’ systematization according to different criteria allowed to develop schemes of differential diagnostics and personalized treatment planning process in patients with iatrogenic occlusal disorders. Proposed schemes of treatment of patients with various dental statuses, which were described by means of the existing dental reconstructions and different symptomatic manifestations by all levels dento-maxillo-facial apparatus. In particular, it was formed an understanding of management of patients with neurological symptoms caused by disorders of other organs and systems, which consists in the comprehensive and individual approach to each case. Also we have applied advanced schemes of occlusal information transfer from occlusal splints to temporary constructions. Clinical studies have proven that the application of proposed schemes of treatment at the preparatory stage to reprosthetics allows to reduce the treatment time and increase the success indicators of the treatment, such as removal of symptomatic manifestations and improvement of indicators of additional examination methods.
