Essay

The thesis is devoted to the issue of the design of the optional courses content in the structure of the psycho-pedagogical training of the future social care teachers. In the paper, the theoretical and the methodological aspects of the considered problem are represented; its current state is analyzed; the essence of the basic concepts as well as the definitions of the term "psycho-pedagogical training", "optional course"; reflective and empathetical structural components are specified. It was found out that the psychological and pedagogical training of the future social care teachers is associated with the following innovative aspects: informatization of the educational process as well as the social and educational sector, complex nature of the socio-pedagogical modeling of the professional training content of the future social care teachers, updating didactic support. The types of the optional courses in the structure of the psycho-pedagogical training of the future social care teachers that correlate with the content of educational practices of the socio-pedagogical area, the levels of the subject competence formation of the future social care teachers are defined.
