Sliusar S. Organizational and economic system of development of rural areas’development

This dissertation is dedicated tothe theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the organizational and economic systems of rural suburbs’ development. The economic essentiality of categories of rural development in modern European integration conditions was opened in the study, as well as the basic components of the rural development’s organizational and economic system were defined, unlike existing, consider features of functioning of subsystems, such as social and demographic, motivational and labor, information, organizational and legal, economical and investment, financial, ecological in a residential suburb, methodological foundations of the rural suburbs’development level weregeneralized and reasonably assessed. Existence of factors which influence development of rural territories of a residential suburb are analysed, for identification of the existing tendencies and strategic directions of their development is found, the assessment of level of use of social potential is carried out and the level of organizational and economic system of development of rural territories of a residential suburb for justification of further strategy of his formation is determined. There also were given some suggestions for the development of serving cooperative forming as one of the strategic directions of the rural areas’ development, was made the prediction of organizational and economic system of rural suburbs’ development, out that has allowed to define strategic scenarios of development of these territories for each of certain clusters, recommendations about improvement of a control system of rural territories taking into account modern conditions of European integration are developed.
