Dumanovska S. Motivational mechanism in the management of agricultural enterprises

The thesis is devoted to the research of the theoretical, methodological and practical basis of formation of motivational mechanism in the system of management of the development of agricultural enterprises. In the course of the study and generalization of domestic and foreign literary sources clarified the essence of the concepts "motivation" and "motivational mechanism". Grounded conceptual approaches to the formation of motivational mechanism as a systemic whole and developed methodological approaches to the assessment of the motivational mechanism for the agricultural enterprise. Estimated trends of development of agricultural enterprises and the factors of influence on the results of their operation for the justification of measures for ensuring effective activities in the long term. Analyzed components of the motivational mechanism of agricultural enterprises using the formed scientific and methodological tools. Proposed a scientific approach to the formation of the motivational mechanism to balance the components of motivation with the goals and objectives of the enterprise development. Developed an algorithm of formation of the motivational mechanism that will facilitate the integration of development goals of the agricultural enterprise and individual development of employees.
