Khan O. Theoretical Foundations of Planning and Programming of investigative (search) actions.

The dissertation is devoted to the issue of the development of a scientific concept of planning and programming of investigative actions and providing of recommendations, aimed to improving of organizing and performing of certain investigative and search actions. The concept of planning and programming of investigative and search actions is suggested, their ratio as the categories of criminology, their nature and functional purposes are exposed; the major rules (doctrines) of planning and setting of investigative actions are established. Special attention is given to the disclosure of the technology of planning and programming of investigative actions: situational conditioning construction and implementation of plans and programs, and in this connection, the necessity of investigation of typical informational models of behavior of criminals during the conduction of the investigational actions. The classification of information that makes the informational base for investigation is presented. The following typical forms are improved and presented: the forms for interrogation, the simultaneous face-to-face interrogation of two or more people, and the search in the presence of the person, being searched. The typical program for execution of search is developed.
