The manuscript is dedicated to methods of intensifying the process of structuring epoxycomposites materials under influence of external physical fields. Composition and structuring technology of epoxycomposites which significantly reduced the duration of the formation processes of structure and increasing of mechanical characteristics are optimized. Established conditions during which there is an intensification of the process of structuring due to the formation of polymer optimal spatial grid as a result of studies of physical and mechanical characteristics. The research highlights the dependence of internal pressure and level of structuring on size and duration of influence of physical fields.
