Dissertation is devoted to synthesis, polymerization, studying the structure and spectral-luminescent characteristics of Sm (III) and Eu (III) complexes with unsaturated beta-diketones: 2-methyl-5-phenyl-1-pentene-3,5-dione (mphpd) and 2,6 dimethyl-1-heptene-3,5-dione (dmhpd) in order to obtain new precursors for electroluminescent materials.
