The thesis presents the results of research efficiency of the use and recovery of forest MEM by grounding mechanism eliminating the consequences of their failures mobile means. The thesis established the basic laws of interaction of the complexity of eliminating the consequences of failures of forestry MEM given composition studies for forestry engineering cycle and the refusal, the complexity of rehabilitation, to determine technical requirements for performance recovery. The thesis established the basic laws of interaction complexity mitigation of forestry MEM failures with regard to the composition, works for the forestry cycle and failures, labor recovery, to determine technical requirements for recovery. The practical significance of the results is to develop recommendations for use, engineering services, forestry and forest research businesses of mobile recovery of forestry MEM in carrying timber, logging and timber processing operations, which allows for efficient use of high-performance wood oil plant, reduce the cost of labor and financial resources in economic forest and forest research activities.
