Thesis is a scientific research of the passport regime in Ukraine as a type of administrative-legal regime.There is defined the system of the state administration bodies that provide the realization of the passport regime, there are given their classification. There is researched the content of the register work of the state administration bodies in the sphere of realization of the passport regime, and also there is considered the question of improvement of the activity of the state administration subjects in the sphere of realization of the passport regime.
