In the thesis there is made a characteristic of the state management in the television field, there is detected the content of the object of the state management in the television field, there is defined the system of principles of the state management in the television field. There is considered the question of realization of the state management in the television field in Ukraine, there are classified forms of the state management in the television field, there are marked out methods of the state management in the television field, there are defined the special features of the administrative responsibility for offences in the television field, and also the content of the control and supervision in the television field.
