The thesis deals with improving the operating characteristics of the hydraulic drive for tilting the cab of the vehicle of category N, improving the design of the hydraulic pump with manual transmission, improving the technique of determining rational parameters of the hydraulic drive for tilting the cab, searching the ways to reduce the energy expenditures of a person at cab rollover. When the thesis applied the methods of collecting and analyzing information; for research workflows hydraulic cabin tilt mechanism - methods of mathematical modeling; in experimental studies used methods of measurement of physical quantities. The theoretical value of the results allows us to formulate and justify a new systematic approach to the design of hydraulic components cab tilt mechanism, based on the energy balance of the man- vehicle system. The practical significance of the results is aimed at improving the working conditions of a person at overturning and lowering the cabin. The requirements allow regulating the parameters of the operator's workplace, taking into account the anthropometric and physiological characteristics of the person. Improved hydraulic pump design with manual transmission, and a hydraulic cab tilt mechanism with energy storage, reducing a person's energy expenditures in the cab overturning. The practical significance of the thesis is confirmed by acts of implementation by enterprises in Ukraine: PJSC " AutoKrAZ " and PJSC "Volchansk Aggregate Plant". The results are used in the educational process in the automobile faculty HNADU courses: "Automobiles and Tractors. Basics designs", Specialized rolling stock Automobiles and Tractors"," Ergonomics and Design KGTZ". The research results are used in the preparation of the course, diploma projects and in scientific research the students of the specialty 7.05050305 "Wheeled and tracked vehicles".
