Liskonoh G. Affective-delusional disorders in comorbidity with cardiovascular pathology in women of elder age (clinically-psychopathological features, formation mechanisms, psychotherapy and psychoprophylaxis)

In thesis basing on analysis of clinically-psychopathological structure of affec-tive-delusional disorders, pathopsychological and pathopersonological characteristics of elder women with cardiovascular pathology, predictors and mechanisms of exacer-bation was found, on the basis of which system of psychotherapy and psychoprophy-laxis were developed. Highlight and systematized 9 variants of affective-delusional syndrome, consider-ing constellations of affective arrangements types and plot of delusional ideas: anxious-ly-persecutive (12%), anxiously-hypochondriacal (25%), anxiously-self-blaming (8%), apathic-persecutive (2%), apathic-hypochondriacal (10%), apathic-self-blaming (2%), melancholic-persecutive (13%), melancholic-hypochondriacal (15%), melancholic-self-blaming (13%). Delusive plot for each variant is described. Psychopathogenetic models were built for each exacerbation mechanism, stratifi-cation of his staging was formed: somatogenically-pathopersonologic, psychogenically-neurotic, psychogenically-psychotic. Developed predictor-oriented system of psychotherapy, with next components: 1) detection, indication and description of predictor; 2) analysis of clinical content and meaning of predictor ass a target of psychotherapy; 3) determination of the dominant congruent vector of psychotherapy; 4) selection, protocol and psychotechnical combi-nation methods and methodics of psychotherapy. The conjugate psychoprophylaxis system consists of vectors: autodiagnostic, compliant, desensitizing, stabilizing, psy-chohygienic.
