Essay

The dissertation for the scientific degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in specialty 05.17.11 - technology of refractory nonmetallic materials. - The State Higher Educational Institution "Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology", Dnipropetrovs'k, 2016. The thesis is devoted to the development of design methods of compositions of oxidic glass with the set complex of properties and the development of glass on the basis of these methods for receiving glass enamel and glasscrystalline electroinsulating covers for film heating components and inductors made of aluminum and copper correspondingly. The developed mathematical models, which are intended for calculation of glass viscosity within 100,13-107 P and temperatures at which their viscosity is in limits 109-1013 P, expand the existing development in the quantitative and qualitative plan. There are formulated main tendencies of change of glass properties concerning with their chemical composition as a basis of a choice of basic glass compositions for receiving glass enamel and glasscrystalline electroinsulating covers on the basis of them. This work presents the bond of glass technological properties, their chemical composition and regularities (mechanisms) formation of an electroinsulating covers for non-ferrous metal. Structures of enamel slips compositions and the key technological parameters of receiving corresponding coverings on their basis are developed.
