Essay

The thesis is devoted to the dry building mixes development to daub plaster on walls inside the premises on the basis of gypsum binder made of phosphogypsum. Scientific hypothesis of directional formation of a plaster composition structure on the phosphogypsum binder to improve the physical and mechanical properties through the co-introduction of polypropylene fibers and finely dispersed ceramic filler has been developed. This leads to additional matrix isotropic reinforcement on the micro level. And increase of adhesion strength with basis is provided to 32% with the introduction of expanded clay dust and polypropylene fibers in the plaster mixture. For the first time it is developed a plaster mixture composition on the base of gypsum binder made of phosphogypsum using expanded clay dust and polypropylene fibers with compressive strength of 7.2 MPa and tensile strength in bending of 4.6 MPa. The results of the thesis were implemented at LLC "Medstroymontazh".
