The thesis is devoted to the development and substantiation of computer-simulation of structure of powder materials that solves the problem of reduction of material and equipment costs, productivity increasement, security and culture of production, while formation of the desired product characteristics. The software for simulation of transient processes of formation of SIM (structural inhomogeneous materials) with functionality for the computational experiment, when the independent or combined effect of horizontal and vertical vibrations is accounted for, is developed. New methods and algorithms of computer-simulation modeling of the structure of structurally inhomogeneous materials are proposed. The methodology of research the basic parameters of the process of filling powder by metallographic analysis is developed; theory of microscopic studies of the structure of SIM is substantiated, as well as functional dependence of SIM properties from the parameters of the filling with the powders is derived. Very good agreement between experimental and obtained on the basis of established computer-simulation models of theoretical data is proven; thus, the majority of calculated physical and mechanical properties of SIM are within engineering error 10 % of the general complete theory (formation) of the particles of powder materials. Keywords: structurally inhomogeneous materials, computer-simulation modeling, filling and packing of particles (powders), porosity.
