The dissertation deals with the comprehensive research of administrative and legal regulation of professional training of public servants in terms of administrative reform in Ukraine. The essence and features of professional training of public servants, legal support of e-learning in the system of professional education of public servants using distance educational technologies are examined. A system approach to studying the principles of legal regulation of professional training of public servants is applied. The suggestions and recommendations of improving administrative and legal regulation of professional training of public servants are made.
