Essay

It is suggested that liberal communitarianism be interpreted as a philosophical and legal trend which emerged from conversion of liberalism and communitarianism and is based on establishing of a heterogeneous freedom (as freedom consisting of homogenous parts: positive and negative freedom), emotional intellect (as integrative category between rational and irrational), introduction of moral law (as law based on moral ideal), integration of liberal laws and communitarian responsibilities (through acknowledgement of group rights) and establishment of a compromise between general and individual good (through establishment of communicative links).
