Chykunov P. Information technology of Two-Leveled Decision Support System at the seasonal nature of demand

The thesis is dedicated to solving scientific problems in improvement of activities of the enterprises with two-leveled planning and controlling production which have seasonal nature of demand by means of developing creation rules of information DSS support. The logical-formal models of the enterprises relationship performance parameters and statics models of strategic and tactical prediction of such parameters are developed. These models are different from the existing ones by the subject area and recurrent adaptation process. Dynamic deterministic real-time predicting models also differ from existing by adaptive procedures of parameter estimation. This work improves the method for coordinated interaction of decision-makers in determining the production program performance, which based on hierarchy multilevel subordination. All the scientific results of the thesis are brought to the level of engineering methods, algorithms, typical function diagrams, IDEF0-diagrams, methods of using creation rules of information DSS support, suitable for design engineering practice. The pilot operation of the developed tools was performed at the processing raw materials enterprises with achieving an economical effect by reducing costs of the production mechanism.
