Essay

When filling the lymphatic vessels with a contrasting mass, it was found that LN belongs to the group of conventional type, wherein the afferent lymphatic vessels open into the marginal sinus and do not form lymphatic cistern. Lymphatic basin intra-site limit is made and gate sinus and positioned between them a uniform network of large sinuses that surround the islands of lymphoid tissue. Each island of the lymphoid is a lymphatic lobe or compartment. The base of each of the lymphoid lobe presents a spherical deep cortex unit (DCU), lymphoid nodes wherein they are located on the perimeter of the DCU, the segments of the medullary cords are polar, and management oriented gating sinuses. It was found that lymph nodes for dromedary, somatic or visceral have both a typical discrete lobular structure or with the principle of structural organization to both macroscopic and microscopic. The macroscopic unit lymph nodes of the dromedary are a lobe or conglomerate subunit. According to the results of immunohistochemically studies, most lymphocytes in the DCU are a subpopulation of T cells, and lymph nodes - B cells wherein the maximum number of plasma cells and large lymphocytes which in the area of medullary cords of lymph nodes in visceral particular.
