Essay

The thesis deals with optical properties of plasmon-biomolecular nanostructured systems based on Au and Ag. The parameters of the internal structure of biomolecular layers adsorbed on the SPPR sensor sensitive surface were determined. It was shown that the effect of the electric field enhancement at the nanoprisms corners is the most expressed for the triangular nanoprism with a size of 100 nm. It was found that the difference between the simulated using FDTD method and experimental positions of the LSPR peaks for these nanostructures was caused by the spread of sizes and shapes of the nanoprisms in the same sample, and the nanoprism aggregation
