In the thesis the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for the construction and operation of economic mechanisms of innovative investment orientation of agricultural enterprises. Grounded holistic concept of construction and operation of the economic mechanism innovation and investment development of agricultural enterprises, based on the synthesis mechanism of investment development, which generates the investment strategy of the company, and the mechanism of innovative development, which produces guidelines and procedures for the implementation of investment strategies through information and resource exchange between these components due to innovative investment orientation of the company. Improved fundamentals of investment management innovation and development of agribusiness study procedures generate innovation-oriented investment strategies of formalization of the building on the basis of innovation and investment policy and the definition of criteria for their critical review during implementation. Identified areas of innovative development of agricultural enterprises by systematizing them in groups of technological, technical, biological, commercial marketing, social and economic, as well as review and their components and elements in the light of the need for investment capital and their return. Processed methodical approach to assessing the investment potential of agricultural enterprises, which takes into account the results of the comparison of the size of enterprises, their sectoral and functional specialization achieved level of economic efficiency of their activities to the definition of the basis of the degree of perception of innovation and the level of "innovation" competitive advantages created in attracting and development investments.
