Object - processes of queue management on the interfaces of routers of transport telecommunications networks. Purpose - improving the quality of service in the transport telecommunications network based on enhancement of mathematical models and queue management methods on the routers interfaces. Methods - queuing theory, mathematical programming, simulation tools, laboratory experiment. Results - further developed the flow-based queue management model at the router interfaces of transport telecommunication networks; further developed the queue management model of router interfaces in active networks; improved the method of queue management on router interfaces of transport telecommunication networks. It is introduced - in learning process in Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics; in the modernization and development of telecommunications system of Ltd "Sigma SOFTWARE". There two patents received for the useful models. The field of use is telecommunications systems and networks
