Essay

Under the insufficient moisture conditions of Left-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine in grain-row crop rotation arranged as vetch+oat (mix) – winter wheat – sugar beet on typical deep chernozem replenishment of humus was observed when applying 8.3 ton/ha manure + N29.3P45 K36.7 with the humus content in the topsoil stabilized at 4.58. The highest root and sugar yield in rotation vetch+oat (mix) – winter wheat – sugar beet was observed when applying 25 t/ha manure + N170P120K170, namely 46.5 t/ha of roots and 7.21 ton/ha of sugar. When applying resource-efficient fertilization system comprising 25 ton/ha of manure + N48P75K70 root yield of 40.8 ton/ha and sugar yield of 6.49 ton/ha was obtained. When increasing share of grain crops in the crop rotation up to 70% sugar beet yield decreased by 3.9 ton/ha. In vetch+oat (mix) course, when applying N40P60K40 under winter wheat and 8.3 ton/ha of manure + N29.3P45K36.7 in the course grain yield made up 3.23 ton/ha. When applying increased rates of fertilizers N60P80K60 under winter wheat and 8.3 ton/ha of manure + N76.7P66.7K76.7 in the course, wheat grain yield reached 3.70 ton/ha. When applying 8.3 ton/ha of manure + N29.3P45K36.7 in the crop rotation vetch+oat (mix) – winter wheat – sugar beet 7.41 ton/ha of fodder units, 0.55 ton/ha of digestible protein, 1.08 ton/ha of grain and 2.16 ton/ha of sugar was obtained; in crop rotation comprising bare fallow 6.42 ton/ha of fodder units, 0.41 ton/ha of digestible protein, 1.24 ton/ha of grains and 2.01 ton/ha of sugar. When increasing share of grain crops in the crop rotation up to 70% yield of fodder units made up 6.52 ton/ha, digestible protein 0.46 ton/ha, grain 1.84 ton/ha and sugar 1.91 ton/ha. When applying 8.3 ton/ha of manure + N29.3P45K36.7 in the vetch+oat (mix), winter wheat, and sugar beet course, energy yield increased to 93.281 MJ/ha that was by 13,850 MJ/ha higher than in crop rotation with biologization elements, with Kee value of 3.18, respectively.
