The research aim: creation of mathematical models and development of methods and tools of computer modeling of non-stationary thermo-elastic-plastic state of cylindrical bodies with non-isothermal deformation processes, based on the use of spline-functions, which provides substantially greater precision of evaluations without complicating of the procedure of numerical realization. Scientific novelty of the received results: the mathematical model for description and investigation of thermo mechanical processes in cylindrical bodies is first time created; the new iterative method of component coupling for the solution of systems of differential equations is developed; the method for estimating the boundaries of application of the proposed iterative methods and numerical schemes is improved; the numerical simulation method of unsteady thermo-mechanical processes in cylindrical bodies is improved; the thermomechanicstheory of cylindrical bodiesreceived further development. practical importance of the obtained results: the rational modes of heat treatment of specific elements of metallurgical structures are constructed. The research results are implemented in the work of the design bureau «Privod» and in the education process.
