The thesis is devoted to complex research of features of regulation of labour in agriculture. In the work the grounds for differentiation of legal regulation of labour in agriculture were determined, essence of employees of enterprises of agriculture as a special category of labour law was revealed, the formation and development of legal regulation in agriculture in Ukraine was analyzed, international standards of legal regulation of labour in agriculture economy and regulation in agriculture in foreign countries were studied. Peculiarities of regulation of labour relations of agricultural workers and health workers in agriculture were determined, the legal regulation of social partnership of agricultural workers was considered.
