Thesis is devoted to the complex study of problems and features of the legal status of the subjects of an administrative responsibility for minor offences. In the paper on the basis of the theoretical developments of scientists and methodological approaches to the definition of the concept "an administrative responsibility" as well as its correlation with other related concepts the essence of the concept of "an administrative responsibility for minor offences" is revealed and legal theoretical characteristics of this phenomenon is given.
