The thesis is devoted to deepening theoretical basics, scientific substantiation of methodological and development of practical recommendations for the management of innovation systems of mechanical engineering enterprises. The innovation system of the enterprise as the organizational and economic structure was investigated. Scientific basics of applying open innovations in managing the corporate interaction of enterprises innovation systems were developed. Proposed conceptual statements of enterprises innovation systems management on the basis of open innovation model, taking into account the intersystem economic relations. There were analyzed the operating conditions and evaluated the results of mechanical engineering enterprises innovation systems in corporate formations. The dependence of innovation attractiveness from the use of open innovation in the management of innovation systems was identified. The mechanism of management of innovation systems of mechanical engineering enterprises in corporate formation was improved. The types of innovative behavior of mechanical engineering enterprises for creating intersystem economic relations were identified. Recommendations on the implementation the instruments for management of innovation systems of mechanical engineering enterprises were developed.
