Buy O. Reactions of bicyclic pyrimidinethiones with 1,2-bielectrophiles

The scientific research is devoted to studying of reactions of hexahydroquinazolinethiones and their analogues with amides of monochloroacetic acid, halogenacetophenones, acethylenedicarboxilyc acid derivatives, reduction to octahydroquinazolinethiones, studying of reaction products and the possibility of their use for further heterocyclizations. The method of reduction hexahydroquinazolinethiones was developed and its mechanism was proposed. Heterocyclizathion of octahydroquinazolinethiones was conducted. Structure of the synthesized products was investigated. As a part of the work, the computer analysis of the harmocological activity of the studied compounds was carried out using the PASS 1.608 system.
