The thesis based on investigation of 180 children with pneumonia, were deepened the knowledge of the clinical and pathogenetic peculiarities of pneumonia in children, who often suffer from respiratory diseases, based on the comparison of the clinical manifestations and the levels of cytokines and beta 2-microglobulin in serum, the functional state of the system glutathione and trace element composition of blood, was justified the expediency of protocol treatment of pneumonia augmented by using drug therapy with anti-hypoxic, antioxidant effects, developed and proven efficiency of prevention of ARI in these children.
