Shpak N. The efficient use of personnel of the agricultural enterprises in modern conditions

The thesis is devoted to the development of science-based theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for the development that promises more effective use of farms staff. It is proved that an important factor in the formation and use of agricultural enterprises personnel is an effective motivational mechanism, and its most important element is salary. Efficient operation, efficiency and diligence employee are largely depending on the level of remuneration for his work. Every employee should be interested in the results of his labor, therefore an effective system of material, moral and social stimulation of workers of the agricultural enterprises is provided. The analysis of the provision and use of personnel performance evaluation of large-scale agricultural enterprises was provided. The institutional mechanisms to ensure efficient use of personnel and development of agricultural enterprises were improved. A strategy for the development of staff and the mechanism to ensure effective use of personnel of the agricultural enterprises was worked out.
