Dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical positions and development of practical recommendations on the formation of product distribution systems of beer soft drinks industry enterprises in Ukraine. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of the theory of marketing and distribution is developed in the research. The theoretical approaches to the definition of terms such as "product distribution system" and "product distribution channel" are summarized. Theoretical and methodological approach to the development of systems and enterprise distribution channels is developed. The methodical approach to the definition of the indicator "degree of vertical integration of product distribution systems of enterprises" is presented. The dependence between the value of the degree of vertical integration and types of product distribution systems is set. Methodical approach to assessing the economic efficiency of the product distribution systems of the enterprise is designed. The methodical approaches for the development systems and distribution channels of nonalcoholic beer companies are presented.
