Latysh K. Сriminalistic characteristics and organizational and tactical principles of the investigation of vandalism.

The dissertation is dedicated to developing the criminalistic characteristics of vandalism and defining the peculiarities of its investigation. The features of vandalism were singled out, the notion of vandalism was defined, the classification of vandalism was proposed, and the structure of the criminalistic characteristics of vandalism was analyzed. Furthermore, the investigative situations during the investigation of vandalism were typified. The system of the typical investigative versions was developed. The optimal set of investigative actions, the tactics of scene awareness, examination (interrogation) and search were proposed. Certain possibilities of the application of special knowledge during the investigation of vandalism were singled out. Three intermediary levels (local) of tactical tasks and tactical operations, aimed at their solution, were elaborated.
