The dissertation is devoted to developing methods of investigating violations of safety rules during works with high-risk. In the dissertation the criminalistics characteristics of violation of safety rules in the performance of such works is studied, organization and planning of the investigation, including the features of the criminal proceedings regarding violation of safety rules during the execution of such works circumstances to be clarified, typical investigative situations versions and action program investigation regarding their decision, forms and means of interaction between investigators and other authorities in the investigation of violations of safety rules related to high risk are investigated. The features of specific investigative tactics (search) action in the investigation of crimes in this category: inspection of the scene, reviews of documents, examination, involving experts and the appointment of judicial examination in the course of investigating such violations are revealed.
