The thesis is a complex research of administrative and legal support of implementation of the state policy in the field of construction in Ukraine. The key elements of the state policy in the sphere of construction activity are defined. The basic features of administrative and legal relations in construction are analyzed. Administrative and legal mechanism of providing public policy in the construction industry is under consideration. An original definition of administrative and legal mechanism of providing public policy in the construction industry is suggested.
