Improved early diagnosis of cardiovascular complications in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease on the ground of tumor necrosis factor alpha identification in circulation and investigation of correlation of tumor necrosis factor alpha gene polymorphism with the level of circulating cytokine. Object of study: cardiovascular complications in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. The aim - improvement of early diagnosis of cardiovascular complications in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease on the ground of tumor necrosis factor alpha identification in circulation and investigation of correlation of tumor necrosis factor alpha gene polymorphism with the level of circulating cytokine. Methods anthropometric, biochemical, instrumental, genetics, statistics. Ultrasound conducted on the medical diagnostic ultrasound scanner ALOKA-SSD-3500-echocardiographic studies were performed in one- and two-dimensional mode using the apparatus RADMIR (Ultima PRO 30). To evaluate the diagnostic value of the factors used ROC-analysis (Receiver Operating Characteristic). In this paper the new solution of a particular scientific problem of modern clinical endocrinology - established role of proinflammatory cytokines TNF-alpha as early specific marker of cardiovascular complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in combination with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Proved negative impact of TNF-alpha in the myocardium in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease that provokes and causes damage to cardiomyocytes negative inotropic effect, reducing the frequency of ventricular contraction. The research results implemented in practical work endocrinologists, general practitioners - family medicine in medical facilities of Kyiv, Kharkiv, Poltava city. Mariupol and regions of Ukraine (Kirovograd, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk).
