Dissertation work is sanctified to the ground of теоретико-методичних approaches and practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of state administration of small enterprise activity in the agrarian sector of economy of Ukraine, sent to securing of economic and social interests of small peasant economies and transformation for the equal in rights subjects of АПК. During research recommendations are developed from conditioning for the increase of efficiency of economic activity and marketability of small peasant economy, to due to plugging in public commodity turnover of mine-out by them products which will stipulate the gradual passing of small peasant economies to the conduct of entrepreneurial activity to development of commercial commodity production. The scientific novelty of research consists in development of recommendation from conditioning for the increase of efficiency of economic activity and marketability of the personal peasant economies by plugging in public commodity turnover of mine-out by them products for providing of access of the proper category of commodity producers to the organized ductings of sale of agrarian products with the purpose of satisfaction of the growings personal necessities due to bringing of the proper changes in a legislation, which determines legal, organizational and and economic principles of their conduct which will stipulate the gradual passing of the personal peasant economies to the conduct of entrepreneurial activity to development of commercial commodity production. During research economic maintenance of concept "the personal peasant economy", under which it follows to understand the legal form of agricultural activity, which is conducted forces of peasant family (monogynopaediums) members due to own labour and property, is specified, on present in the use lot land, with the purpose of satisfaction of own and public requirements in an agricultural produce and foresees a production, processing and realization of agricultural produce, for the receipt of permanent (additional or basic) profits. They are classified after: by an organizational structure, sizes of the landed parcels of land, geographical position, production type, results of menage, pattern of the use of raw material, character of production, level of specialization, index of marketability, duration of activity, degree of submission and sometimes origin.Taking into account, that the important aspect of the effective functioning and development of the personal peasant economies is a decision of question of their regional distributing with the purpose of subsequent enlargement, an author is build the map of the regional distributing of the personal peasant economies in Ukraine which takes into account intensity of development (amount of economies) and level of enlargement (an area is on one economy). Investigation of enlargement of production with participation of the personal peasant economies is reduction of amount of the proper economies at to the simultaneous increase of concentration of production in large economies, that positively will influence on their profitable activity, providing more rational use of present in the use resources and decline of requirement in them, and will create pre-conditions for the increase of production of commodity goods. The model of center is offered scientifically methodical to accompaniment of development of co-operation of proprietors of the personal peasant economies, realization of which will allow considerably to promote knowledge of rural population on questions a menage, to create terms for a permanent exchange front-rank experience of development of co-operation in an agrarian sphere. A chart is developed purveying sale to the cooperative store with participation of proprietors of the personal peasant economies and change in the system of sale of their products as a result of his introduction which will provide possibility of bringing in of products of the personal peasant economies in an appeal and to make a successful competition other forms of menage in an agrarian sphere.
