Thesis is dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of treatment of patients with fractures of the lower jaw, which include damage to the inferior alveolar nerve. Experimentally proved the effectiveness of using a preparation containing nucleotides in the tissue and ultrastructural level. For the first time studied the effect of the isolation of a preparation containing nucleotides in the clinical course of the inferior alveolar nerve damage and a scheme to use. For the first time we studied the effect of radiation on the magneto clinical course of inferior alveolar nerve damage and a scheme to use. A complex method of diagnosis and treatment of patients with fractures of the lower jaw, which is found inferior alveolar nerve damage, which contributes to more rapid recovery of patients and health is the basis for therapeutic and preventive measures aimed at the rehabilitation of patients with this pathology.
