The thesis focuses on the administrative-legal coercion in the system of financial monitoring. The author identified, investigated and specified the nature of the financial monitoring and its role in public authorities. It is defined the methodological principles of state coercion using in Administrative Law. The analysis of administrative-legal support of financial monitoring in Ukraine is done. The features of the activities of financial monitoring entities are examined. The peculiarities of the administrative-legal coercion research are outlined. It is characterized the administrative-legal coercion measures and is paid attention to the common features of their use. The features of the administrative-legal support of state coercion in the system of financial monitoring are identified. The necessity of improving the administrative responsibility for violation of financial monitoring is proved.
