Tkalenko O. Administrative-legal providing of activity of the Public Administration for the prevention of domestic violence against children

The thesis is devoted to the research of theoretical and practical aspects of administrative-legal support of the activities of the Public Administration for the prevention of domestic violence against children.The author formulated the definition of domestic violence and highlighted its types. It is analyzed the legal framework for the prevention of domestic violence, in particular, the administrative liability's role in the system of administrative and legal means to ensure the prevention of domestic violence against children is defined. The subjects of domestic violence prevention against children are detected; the forms and methods of work of each of the bodies, the interaction's ways are defined. The necessity of public involving into the domestic violence prevention against children is noticed. The main directions of improvement of the administrative-legal support of the activities of the Public Administration for the prevention of domestic violence against c hildren; proposals for the introduction of specific amendments and additions to the legislation of Ukraine are formulated.
