Essay

The object of research - polymer-cementitious mortars from dry mixes for repair of concrete and reinforced concrete structures; goal - improvement of polymer-cementitious repair mortars' effectiveness through expand of spectrum and increase the level of technological and operational properties by targeted modification of additives with considering compatibility with the repaired base; methods - quality assessment of polymer-cement compositions carried out according to the requirements of SSTU B V.2.7-126:2011 'Dry modified building mixes' with regard to the European standard EN 1504:2005. For scientific information used viscometry and plastometry, macro-analysis. To search for component-technological solutions - methods of computer materials science (modeling and numerical simulation at models); results - the complex of dependencies, which quantify linking properties of repair composites with type and amount of functional additives, was developed; a number of criteria of generalizing analysis of functional dependencies and assessment of additives' impact at the compatibility parameters was proposed; a possibility to compensate the shrinkage due to adding of optimum quantity of superabsorbent polymer was shown; a technique of search of conditions of repair mortar and concrete base compatibility was developed using the comparative analysis of experimental and statistical models. The technique of the composite's composition considering parameters of the base, based on the multifactorial modeling and simulation experiment, was proposed; introduced - with the release of dry mixes at reduced cost.
