Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the children hypertensive type VVD diagnosis and treatment optimization in taking into account the metabolic changes induced by oxidative stress. The results of clinical and laboratory research methods carried out in 119 patients with hypertensive type VVD, which indicate the presence of metabolic disorders with manifestations of secondary mitochondrial insufficiency in these patients. The estimate of the cardiorhythmogram spectral analysis was made and new data on metabolic and autonomic disturbances was obtained. The state of cellular respiration and oxidative homeostasis in children with hypertensive type VVD was studied for the first time, as well as the increased levels of secretion of oxidative DNA damage markers (OS 8 OHdGi 8 oxoG), ceruloplasmin and a sharp decrease in transferrin levels, increased levels of lactate in plasma, high EPR spectrum amplitude ubisemihinona neutrophil granulocytes in peripheral blood in comparison with standards per day were found. For the first time on the basis of a comprehensive survey of children with hypertensive type VVD the link between clinical manifestations and indicators of metabolic disorders was proved. The feasibility of complex metabolic action of drugs inclusion in a treatment program for patients with hypertensive type VVD, and the efficiency of antioxidant drugs is proved for the first time and the algorithm of differential choice of therapeutic practice is developed.
