Strilchuk R. Management of strategic opportunities of the engineering enterprises

The dissertation is devoted to generalizing and deepening theoretical and methodological regulations and justifying practical recommendations aimed at improving the management of strategic capabilities of engineering enterprises. The essence and classification approaches on the definition of kinds of strategic capabilities of enterprises were revealed. The scientific and methodological approaches for diagnostics and management of strategic capabilities of the engineering enterprises were improved and implemented. Regulation, concerning assessment of their strategic position in the context of tasks of diagnostics of strategic capabilities, was deepened. Scientific and methodological approaches for management of strategic capabilities were suggested in order to develop measures of management responding to real strategic capabilities, to diagnostic of crisis state, to define prioritization of the use of strategic opportunities, and also process of forming a strategy, within the mechanism of management capabilities of the engineering enterprises with regard to the degree of threat of crisis, was improved.
