The thesis is devoted to development of methods of purposeful synthesis and formulation techniques to obtain new amino derivatives of 1,4-naphthoquinone with amino acid, amine, amide, lactam, urea and thiourea fragments and solving scientific problems, connected with the search for new potential antimicrobial and antioxidant derivatives of 1,4-naphthoquinone based on the use of in silico, in vitro and in vivo studies.
