Kozachenko Y. Administrative-legal regulation of the ensuring of patients' rights in Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to complex research of administrative-legal regulation of the support of patients' rights in Ukraine. In this paper we were defined the concept and essence of the rights of the patient as the object of administrative-legal support, suggested their classification on the basis of the legislation of Ukraine; analyzed the system of national law on the administrative-legal regulation of the ensuring of patients' rights. We were established the essence of administrative-legal regulation of ensuring the rights of the patient and explained its contents through the definition of principles, objectives and functions, forms and methods of such regulation. We were studied the subjects of administrative-legal regulation of ensuring the rights of the patient, analyzed their powers, formulated proposals for improvement of the system of such entities; identified and characterized the administrative law means of ensuring the rights of the patient, the directions of their improvement. In this paper we were analyzed international standards and foreign experience in the sphere of ensuring the rights of patients and determined their importance for Ukraine. Scientifically based proposals have been formulated for the improvement of administrative-legal regulation of the support patients' rights in Ukraine. A number of proposals have been grounded according to the alteration and amendment of the Ukraine Code about administrative wrongs and other normative acts.
