Essay

The work is devoted to a problem of increasing of seeds sowing precision of main technical cultivated cultures by introduction to a design of the pneumomechanical seeding apparatus of doser with directed action vector. As a result of use of the new constructive solution of the doser, it is increased the precision of technological process performance of formation of a regular one-grain stream. The connection between distance to a particle and force of its suction by a cell is done. The equations of dynamics of a particle movement and time of seeds exposition from a cell are received and analysis of the efforts operating on seeds when moving by them of the doser with the oriented cell is carried out. The reasonable rational phases of sowing apparatus operation with the doser of directed action and certain parameters of its work are given. The regularities of appearance of omissions and doubles depending on the main technological parameters of operation of the sowing apparatus: speeds of the dosing element movement and depression degree in a vacuum chamber are determined. The values of stochastic indicators of precision of sowing technological process performance which have confirmed advantages of apparatus with the doser of directed action in comparison with the serial are defined.
