Essay

Object - a process of business activity of automobile transport enterprises. Goal - grounding theoretical norms and development of methodical and practical recommendations with regard to activation of business activity of automobile transport enterprises. Methods - are general scientific and special: analysis and synthesis, systematic and graphic approach, methods of mathematical statistical data processing, component method, taxonomical methods, grouping, methods of statistical and economic analysis. Novelty. Results - are advanced: approach to activation of business activity of automobile transport enterprises, which is based on complex combination of forms and methods of activation on three levels - country, region, enterprise; methodological approach to estimation of business activity of automobile transport enterprises based on component method; the following gained further development: definition of concept "business activity of automobile transport enterprises" which is a characteristic of enterprise activity; systematization of factors effecting activation of business activity of automobile transport enterprises; approach to estimate sufficient level of business activity of automobile transport enterprises as a condition at which it is able to ensure stable share of the market of auto transportation service; the suggestion with regard to defining the key parameters of activity of automobile transport enterprises in accordance with the licensing conditions established in the EU countries.
